Offices of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party in District 2. Packages are loaded on a truck, and transported to the headquarters of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party on Köztársaság Square. Interviews with the transportation workers, who tell that they are transferring the secret archived documents. Interview with the archivist in the headquarter about who owns the documents, where they are deposited, rules of archiving and destruction.
II. kerületi pártház. A pártházból csomagokat pakolnak egy teherautóra. A teherautó útja a Köztársaság térig. Köztársaság tér, a Magyar Szocialista Párt székháza. Interjúk a szállítást végzőkkel. A Magyar Szocialista Munkáspárt ( MSZMP) zárolt, archív anyagait, dokumentumait szállítják a Köztársaság térre. Interjú a pártházban a levéltárossal a dokumentumok tulajdonjogáról, elheleyzéséről, milyen iratokat archíválnak, miket semmisítenek meg, szabályok.
