Features interviews with journalists and officials who talk about the allegations that former members of the Rwandan Armed Forces (RAF) tortured or mistreated journalists and reporters. The tape contains several interviews, including interviews with Faustin Twagiramungu (Prime Minister of Rwanda between July 1995 and August 1995) and the personnel of Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines (RTLM) who explain how RTLM was created.
