This film focuses on atrocities committed in the former Yugoslavia. Death camp footage from Bosnia is featured, including interviews with rape victim Nusreta and Jadranka from the Prijedor area. The JNA generals and forces are discussed, as well as the paramilitary units of Vojislav Seselj and Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan: the White Eagles and the Tigers, respectively.
