BBC World: Brian Hanrahan reports from the OSCE Summit in Lisbon on the progress of demonstrations against the cancellation of local election results in Serbia, and increasing international pressure on Milosevic. The international community has warned Milosevic not to use force against the people's attempts to bring about democracy; the U.S. threatens to renew economic sanctions if it does. Five judges of the Supreme Court (which ruled the elections to be fraudulent) have accused their colleagues of election fraud.
