Scope and Content (Abstract)

This is a collection of articles and book chapters, as well as project reports by renowned legal scholars, historians and philosophers on a varietty of topics relating to the democratic transition of East Central European contries, including the history of human rights and its violations, nationalism and ethnic conflicts, transformation of economic systems, transitional justice, constitutional issues, informational rights, and police history and behavior.

It also includes bibliographies of legal articles and books, and guides to legal information and current sources of law.
