Scope and Content (Abstract)

Contains family photos related to the families Magos and Gimes, and pictures of Gábor Magos as an agricultural manager of the Soroksár Kolkhoz during festive events of August 20, a national holiday of the Hungarian statehood, turned into the celebration of the new bread by the communist regime in 1950. The series also includes a set of copies of photographs on events of the 1956 revolution from the Fondation Herzog, as well as photos of Imre Nagy, the Prime Minister of Hungary during the revolution, and his family.
