Scope and Content (Abstract)

The series contain materials related to conferences, meetings, roundtables, seminars, training sessions and forums organized by Forced Migration Project (FMP) members. These are invitations, programs, lists of participants, resolutions and press releases. Records deal with legislative aspects, immigration and refugee policies, protection of national minorities in USA, former USSR, former Yugoslavia, Caribbean region.

Access to this series is regulated by the donation agreement with the Open Society Foundations, according to which records are restricted up to 25 years from the date of their creation. OSA maintains the right to review access rules to both restricted and unrestricted records on a case by case basis.
