Scope and Content (Abstract)

The subfonds includes documents related to the different projects launched and realized by the Forced Migration Projects (FMP). It includes materials on the FMP's missions in several regions. During its existance FMP program organized conferences, seminars, training sessions, and other public events. Materials like conference programs, lists of participants, press coverage can be found here as well. In order to provide references FMP staff members collected materials relevant to the subjects and topics they were dealing with. The press clippings, NGOs reports, articles and abstarccts from different legal papers comprise the Subject files.

Conditions governing access

Access to this sub-fonds is regulated by the donation agreement with the Open Society Foundations, according to which records are restricted up to 25 years from the date of their creation. OSA maintains the right to review access rules to both restricted and unrestricted records on a case by case basis.
