HU OSA 300-85-31 Register to Letters

Scope and Content (Abstract): Starting from 1989 the amount of the letters received by the Samizdat Unit was increased and the new system of registartion was introduced. Upon arrival of each letter the staff members filled into the special books the following information:
Date recieved
Postmark
Sender's name
Sender's address
Date written
Addressee
Given to
Remarks
The last field usualy contains short information about the character or content of the letter (postcards, requests, etc)
The register covers period from March 1989 to February 1991 and includes the total number of 9140 received letters.

System of arrangement: Arranged chronologically and thereunder by numbers from 00001 to 009140

Scope and Content (Abstract): Начиная с 1989 г. увеличилось количество писем, поступающих в отдел Самиздата, и была введена новая система учета. Сотрудники стали вносить в специальные книги следующую информацию:

Последнее поле обычно содержит краткую информацию о характере или содержании письма (открытки, просьбы и т.д.).
Реестр охватывает период с марта 1989 г. по февраль 1991 г. и включает в себя 9140 полученных писем.
