Scope and Content (Abstract): Contemporary documents of the first free elections in Hungary since 1945, that is the parliamentary elections in 1990.
Scope and Content (Narrative): The exhibit presents contemporary documents of the first free elections in Hungary since 1945. The displayed posters, original samizdat publications, newspaper articles and archival video footage enrich the exhibition and attempt to guide the visitor through the years preceding the election to reenact the atmosphere of the events 10 years ago.

The exhibit is invaluable to those who were too young at the time to understand the true impact of the transition, and to those who merely wish to recall the first moments of democracy and the first election campaign along with its major and minor players.

Appraisal, destruction and scheduling information: Following the processing of both the hard copy and digital (or digitized) records of the exhibition, they will be accessible for research at OSA's Research Room. Besides the exhibited material, the collection is to include material that were assembled by the curators during the research period of the exhibition, and also the ones that document the show itself.

Tárgy és tartalom (Kivonat): Az 1945 utáni első szabad választás, az 11990-es országgyűlési választások kordokumentumait bemutató kiállítás.
Tárgy és tartalom (Narratív): Az 1945 utáni első szabad választás kordokumentumait bemutató kiállítás gazdag plakátanyaggal, eredeti szamizdat kiadványokkal, újságcikkekkel, valamint archív videófelvételek segítségével kívánja elkalauzolni a látogatót a tíz évvel ezelőtti események hangulatába, a választást megelőző évek történetébe.

A kiállítás egyaránt szól azoknak, akik koruknál fogva nem élhették át a tíz évvel ezelőtti eseményeket, és azoknak is, akik csupán szívesen felidéznék a demokrácia első választási kampányának pillanatait, azok fő- és mellékszereplőivel.
A Nyílt Társadalom Archívum és a Liberális Fiatalok Társasága (LIFT) kiállítása.
Látogatható: 2000. május 11 - 2000. május 28.
Iratértékelés, selejtezés, tervezés: A kiállításon szereplő, valamint a kiállítás készítése közben, a kutatás fázisában a kurátorok által összegyűjtött, illetve a kiállítást dokumentáló analóg és digitális (vagy digitalizált) dokumentumok feltárása és feldolgozása folyamatban van. Ezen anyagok az OSA kutatótermében lesznek elérhetőek.
